Welcome to Sri Lanka. – We organise everything you need to enjoy your stay while looking at the properties/lands we have to offer. Including car and driver to meet you at the airport, services of our representatives and guides to show you the properties/lands you have selected.
Help with meeting lawyers to assist in the process of buying the property/land you have decided to purchase. Completing the purchase.
Follow-up support. Introduction to architects, builders, designers, support staff, gardeners etc.

Our Fees:

Airport Pick Up in Sri Lanka and hotel welcome = €59

Property Days – Visits together with our representatives and guides = €49 per day. (Minimum of 5 days)

Please Note: You are free to choose which days are suitable for ‘Property Days’. For example you may wish to relax and enjoy sightseeing on some days and then visit properties a few days later. It’s your choice.

For example: Monday & Tuesday = Property Days, Wednesday & Thursday = Relax days, Friday=Property Day.

Please Note: You are under no obligation to purchase any property or land. You may wish to take time to consider your decision or delay your purchase to another time or even decide not to buy anything. We will NOT put you under any pressure or use any fancy sales techniques.
