BBCU Customer Service Training
From 1 September 2010 the BBCU will launch a special Customer Service Training Programme. This special one-day training course has been designed to help companies improve their customer service deliver standards in Ukraine. The service sector still needs to improve its understanding of the importance of the customer as the most important part of any business organization.

The course will be targeted at helping companies in the hospitality sector including Restaurants, Cafes, Bars, but will also help many other businesses who need to improve their customer relationships. With the run up to the Euro 2012 Football championships, Ukraine still has a long way to go to start providing customer service based on normal European standards. We hope that many companies will take up this opportunity.
