What happens on a BBCU Trade Mission
Trade Mission Programme
A BBCU trade mission will provide a framework for your visit. The trade mission programme will include:
- Welcoming you at the airport on arrival in Ukraine
- Fully supported assistance during your stay in Ukraine
- A briefing meeting in a city centre hotel
- The benefits of a BBCU "Inbound Mission Package"
- An informal group get together each day to discuss progress and share knowledge with the other mission companies
- A debrief meeting at the end of the trade mission to review the visit and identify areas for future assistance
The briefing and reception will take place on the first day of the trade mission. The remaining time can be used for meeting potential business partners and exploring business opportunities.

Translators and Interpreters
In some situations you may need an interpreter for your business meetings.
The BBCU Inbound Mission Packages INCLUDE the services of an interpreter.
The BBCU can help to translate some company literature BEFORE your arrival in Ukraine to enable you to provide potential business partners with information about your products or services. An extra charge is applied for translation of materials.
