The British Business Club in Ukraine (BBCU) is a recognised and respected organisation, so participating in one of our trade missions can raise your profile in your target market.

During the trade mission, you receive support from our team who introduce you to local contacts. We can include representatives from the British Embassy which adds prestige and credibility to your visit, and helps you make contacts who might not be reachable through an independent visit.

Trade mission brochures are produced, containing details of your company and your objectives for the visit. These are circulated widely in your target market, and sent to local press contacts with a press release. The BBCU trade mission manager actively promotes your company throughout the mission.

Shared Experience and Knowledge

On arrival in Ukraine the BBCU provides you with a briefing pack and invites you to a briefing meeting. This helps you to prepare for meetings and provides cultural hints on how to conduct your meetings in the market.
Trade missions are co-ordinated by an experienced British expat living and working in Ukraine, who provides support and signposts to sources of help.

Large Group Missions

The BBCU will organise a networking reception, generally hosted by the British Ambassador or senior member from the British Embassy, to which the trade mission participants can invite prospective clients or existing contacts.

You may be eligible to apply for a UK Trade and Investment grant to help with your preparation, travel and accommodation costs.
