Management Fees

When you apply for an Inbound Mission Package, the BBCU charges a small management fee.
Current management fees are:

Basic Fact Finder Package	€450 + €50 per mission member
Fact Finder Plus Package	€550 + €50 per mission member
Match Maker Package	€650 + €50 per mission member

The Match Maker Package includes the following services:

Welcoming mission members at Kyiv International Airport.*
Taxi or coach to Kyiv city centre
Management of meetings with Ukrainian BBCU members/non-members
Introduction to the General, Legal, HR and Business environment in Ukraine
Specific sector overviews in Ukraine
Shortlist of potential partners
Face-to-face meetings with up to three companies per delegate
Support from BBCU business advisers (British Nationals)
Support from Interpreters (if required)
Accommodation arrangements (price of room per night is extra)
A debrief meeting at the end of the trade mission to review the visit and identify areas for future assistance
Return taxi to Kyiv International Airport

*A extra special VIP reception is available at the airport. Delegates are escorted to a separate arrival lounge with dedicated Customs and Immigration Control for the mission members. Allowing fast processing on arrival. The extra charge for VIP Reception is €200 per person.

Travel and Accommodation

Once your place on a BBCU Inbound Trade Mission is confirmed, you can book your flight and hotel. The BBCU can assist you in identifying the most appropriate hotel to suit your needs. The costs and booking procedures for flights and hotels are the responsibility of your company. However we will provide our full support in making sure you select the best options.

Preparation

We encourage trade mission participants to do the maximum amount of preparation before the mission. You might want to consider printing foreign language business cards or literature designed for your target market. You might want to attend a seminar or training course to help you prepare.

In-market costs in Ukraine
The following is a brief summary of the additional costs you will incur during the trade mission:

Flight from the UK to Ukraine (Current prices - return from Gatwick to Kyiv are approx UK Pounds 300.00.
Hotel — Hotels in Kyiv are expensive compared to the rest of Europe. Hotel rooms are in short supply and prices for 4 and 5 star hotels range are from Euro 350.00 per night per person for a standard room.
Meals — Kyiv offers some fine restaurants and most now accept credit cards.
Additional Travel — The BBCU Packages include travel from the airport and to the city centre of Kyiv - return. Any additional travel should be arranged separately. Taxis and Interpreters can be arranged for visits to out of city locations.
